Sent what I have.
The signature is one I made up. No where close to what you come up with.
Keep on booking Dana. Appreciate all you do for us.
How do you like the Chrome and Trail effect on my name ?
That program I sent has a lot of options. Love playing with it
Send me anything you come up with and I can put it on my site.
I can give you my info if you would like to use it to store your files to upload. Got the NRRACING site through Jerry and I don't really use it like I should.
Should put you on as a co_consperitor (SP) to make it better |

Can you upload it for me ?
I'll make a Pitbox and wheels. |

Not sure what temps are actually used in the SCE, but the higher rez they are the smoother everything becomes, but even at 1024 size, it's still possible, but ohh so much better higher up. |

Well it does keep the file size down, but gotta be careful, some logos might become distorted, just gotta take it on a case by case watch. Most cases they'll be fine, but might catch the odd one, the base scheme should be ok though, but keep watch of everything just to be safe.
I do hope your keeping them in layers, I know they can take a lot of space, especially if your keeping every paint scheme around, but that's the good thing with flash drives, and dvd rws, easy to add and remove. |

I still got stuff saved from NR2003 and I have noticed some paint jobs look fuzzy on the track because of the reduction in size, don't know howto stop that unless painting at 1024x1024 but its hard to make some logos that small without distortion... |

I'm far from being a painting expert, but I don't understand why you are resizing to 1024. I've painted in 2048 templates but when I convert to a dds file I set the DXTc format to DXT1a instead of DXT5. This reduces the file size to 2.5mb or less and so far I've never seen any distortion or fuzziness. |

For the sake of storage space Joe. The 1024 x 1024 saved using D3D format gives us a file size of 1.366KB.
I believe Dana keeps his files as PSP at full resolution. He'd best answer that.
I also had to limit the number of files allowed uploaded to the ftp server as well. These are tough economic times indeed aren't they?
I'm sorry if the eye candy is substandered but at 100+ mph on the track who notices anyway
Our recent fundrive solicited donations from a very generous membership but we still fell a bit short of the needed funds to operate the league. I know it's tough for everyone these days to make ends meet so I refrain from soliciting donations. We'll be fine through 2010 but like everyone else we have had to tighten our belts here. |
